Lovely stay here overnight. We went to sadlers Wells theatre ballet.hotel is 15 mins walking distance. The reception staff are friendly and helpful. My room was impeccable. Very comfortable bed .great nights sleep.. My only criticism was the tea service refreshments in our room as there wasnt enough but that was quickly rectified. The coffee however needs changing its bitter. The bar is beautiful and food absolutely delicious. Try the fish and chips with tartar sauce.. I would definitely stay here again

I stay here most weeks and always have great service. Many of the staff now recognise me, and Afomia always looks after me at breakfast. I enjoy our daily chats! Room & food quality is great. And location is perfect for my work, but also for ease of travelling around London.

Reception staff welcomed us very well. Text message to ask whether room was ok was well received. Great view from the front of the hotel staying on the top floor. Executive Lounge service was very good. Would certainly recommend.

I had a wonderful stay at the hotel. The check-in process was efficient, although I found it a bit surprising that no details were provided about breakfast times and facilities; the staff member only informed us of our floor. A few hours later, I received messages inquiring about my room and follow-up communication regarding my stay. Breakfast offered a great variety, but it was quite bustling, and I had to wait about 3-5 minutes for a table. I also noticed that some items were running low/ out and had a short delay in being refilled. On the bright side, my room was spacious and very clean. The check-out process was quick and hassle-free.

Staying in London often means learning to live like a well-folded shirt in an overstuffed suitcase, so imagine my delight when I opened the door to a room so spacious I briefly considered subletting a corner. Generous, comfortable, and quite the geographic paradox given its London postcode. Reception staff and the night porter were the very definition of hospitality—warm, welcoming, and reassuringly human in a city that sometimes forgets to make eye contact. Awaiting me in the room was a pleasant letter amd chocolates. Undoubtedly printed in bulk and deployed with military efficiency, but charming nonetheless, and bearing the promise of discounted food and drink. Alas, the bar staff treated this offer like a disputed will reading—reluctantly honoured, and only for a single drink. Their primary commitment, however, appeared to be to their own conversations. Ordering required a proactive expedition to the bar, yet somehow the “voluntary” service charge marched onto the bill with unwavering confidence. I’ve no quarrel with service charges — when the service warrants it. Parking is available, though describing it as “limited” is generous; it’s more of a boutique parking experience, with space for perhaps 10–15 cars engaged in a careful game of automotive Tetris. Overall, I would happily stay again. The hotel itself is very good. I’ll simply pursue my evening refreshments in one of London’s many nearby establishments — where the service charge and the service are hopefully on speaking terms.

Great hotel! Winnie was A- Mazing, she helped us get rooms closer to each other. The hotel is close to a bus stop that will get you in Soho ect. Great location with lots of foods spots around, 10 min walking distance. We had a great experience.

We had an overall very good stay at this hotel. Everything was well organized, and we truly appreciated the effort of the staff. The rooms were consistently cleaned every day, and we would especially like to thank the housekeeping team for their attention and dedication — they did a great job. The location was also very convenient and worked well for our plans, which made our stay even more enjoyable. There are, however, a few areas that we believe could be improved. The comfort of the beds was one concern, as we started experiencing back discomfort during our stay (at least in the room we were assigned). Additionally, the food did not fully meet our expectations. We understand that this is a busy hotel, but there are definitely opportunities to improve in terms of food quality and overall dining experience. We believe there is room for growth in both staff training and certain facilities. With some improvements in these areas, the hotel could provide an even better guest experience. Thank you for the hospitality and for the effort put into making guests feel welcome.

The hotel is lovely but some areas could do with a little updating. The room was cleaned daily. Staff are friendly and helpful. Sadly digital key was not working at this hotel and had not worked for 6 months. The executive lounge is good and the drinks and food are to a high standard. Mimi who works in the lounge is friendly helpful and could not do enough for you. She is a true credit to this hotel.
